Processing of Personal Data:

The term Personal Data refers to any information of natural persons such as name, postal address, contact telephone number, e-mail address, identity number, VAT number, residential address, passport, bank account number, etc., which can be used to determine identity of a natural person, hereinafter “Personal Data or Data”. Processing of Personal Data is any act of collection, registration, organization, storage, use, transmission to third parties, etc. of personal data.

Contact Form – Booking

In the event that you choose to contact us using our contact form or book a room, in addition to your message, you will need to fill in name, email, mobile, date of birth, address, identity number, country, VAT number, residential address, passport and when paying, your transaction bank card, bank account number or any other payment info. These are necessary in order to be able to contact you directly and to respond to the request for the use of services and information about your reservation. Your IP address is automatically recorded.

Purpose of personal data processing:

We collect your Data solely for the purposes of:

  1. The accommodation service provided in our apartments (indicative: accommodation reservation identification, etc.),
  2. To process financial transactions (indicative: payment confirmation, etc.)
  3. To comply with the obligations imposed by the applicable legislation and the tax obligations, e.g. issuing an invoice or receipt etc.,
  4. For statistical purposes, ensuring an appropriate level of security.
  5. Customer feedback collection.
  6. Dispute resolution.
  7. To update offers, promote, advertise our services.

 

If we want to use your information for any other purpose, we will ask you for consent and will use your information only on receiving your consent and, then, only for the purpose(s) for which grant consent unless we are required to do otherwise by law.

Booking cancellation policy:

We use Stripe (credit and debit cards, Google Pay, Apple Pay etc.) as payment method for our booking service.

You can cancel until 20 days before arrival for the full price of your transaction. You will be charged 50% of the total price of your booking if you cancel 19 days before arrival. If the guest doesn’t show up, they will be charged the total price of the transaction.

*A large portion of the underlying cost of payment processing is driven by fees assessed by banks and payment networks (like Visa and Mastercard). These networks set rules about which fees apply for refunded payments, and in many cases banks and card networks keep the entire upfront cost of a refunded transaction. For some regions and payment types, refunded payments also incur additional fees.
